It starts with an interview by phone with the human resources. They are usually very kind and they explain you how the company work. Then they ask you about your background and your previous experiences. After that they schedule another interview with your department manager (ux manager). He has your resume in his hands, and analyze all your previous activities and background. The interview was very quiet, but unfortunately I didn't receive any other feedback after that (although he said there should have been another interview with a group presentation...but it didn't happen to me).
