Interviewer had a list of questions to ask. It seemed that the interviewers didn't really care about following up all the questions and had limited knowledge of technical skills the position requires. The 30-min of phone interview was like answering questions to a machine. In the entire interview, the interviewer didn't explain the role and didn't ask too much about interviewee's background. The interviewer didn't give me a chance to ask anything about the company and the role. It was a totally unpleasant experience as she seemed to care more about her KPI (phone interview ,etc) instead of finding the right fit for the company.
