Nice people but needed more time for questions. This along with the questions which were done in the form of recordings, was not too long or stressful as other interviews / online quizzes can be.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Scotland) in Apr 2020
Interview
Really interesting and positive experience, process is very quick (within 10 days, all stages included).
Apply online, informal call where the recruiter asks why you're applying, video interview (prerecorded with 5 strength based questions), final assessment day comprised of one hour talk about the company followed by 3 1 on 1 interviews and 4 tests.
Interviewers were polite and friendly, except from the last one who seemed uninterested. Roughly 15 minutes each. Not too bad, as long as you stay calm (also strength based) and then tests.
Numerical (sequences) and verbal on skyrise City game then Venn diagram test which is easy but gets harder and multiple choice questions on IT and Business eg. What is RAM?
Feedback and result received within 3 days usually next day. My outcome was a failure, due to 'asking for the question to be repeated more than once and asking for elaboration on a question' which I had to do as my Internet was not very good and though I was told I performed 'very well and was positive and engaging whilst giving good examples throughout' I still didn't attain the role and still dont know the real reason I was unsuccessful. Perhaps the company is no good at incusivity as openly as they express they are.
