Online application (CV) -> Telephone Interview -> AC (Presentation, Tests, 3 short 5 minute interviews)
Called back the day after with offer
Very pleasant experience overall, they accept applications all year round, so would recommend all to apply
It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.
The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

Question 1
An example of one was "Tell me a time when you had to work to a deadline"
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
