I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
Online application, then video phone interview with a series of questions that you have to answer within a given timed amount. I didn't really feel I had enough time for this as you want to come across clear and confident, not really rushing your answers. I gave feedback to FDM about this. I was invited to an assessment day, however, I realised the potential for my unpaid training would be up to 3 months. I did a calculation for my expenses and thought it would be too expensive for me in London for 3 months unpaid and I would be out of pocket. I decided to look elsewhere that would give a wage upfront.

I recently had an incredibly smooth interview process that left a lasting positive impression on me. From the start, everything was well-organized and transparent.
