Eine Gespräch mit jemand von Ferchau und zwei von die externe Firma, wo ich eingesetzt werden sollte. Nettes gespräch, direkt, offen. Vorher wurde ich von der Mitarbeiter von Ferchau für das Gespräch vorbereitet.

Sie war höflich und freundlich. Mein Lebenslauf wurde besprochen. Die HR-Abteilung war sehr hilfsbereit. Während des Gesprächs haben wir festgestellt, dass die Stelle nicht so gut zu mir passt.Trotzdem war es ein schönes Gespräch
