The whole process was conducted by Workforce. There was a preliminary online text, which was fine. Then the second stage was the assessment centre, which, in my opinion, wasn't conducted properly. This isn't a fault of First E&P. It's the way it was handled by Workforce. The assessment centre, being done over two days, wasn't helpful, and the group discussion session wasn't handled well. The groups were too large, and the time given for the discussion was quite small. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it wasn't good either. It can be improved on.
