I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Factorie in Oct 2024
Interview
Manager took me to the back and was talking more than she was asking me questions. When she did ask me questions, she wasn’t really interested in what I said and didn’t have my resume or anything with her, everything was in the air. It was like she had already made up her mind that she wouldn’t hire me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Factorie (Melbourne) in Nov 2022
Interview
Awkward, too much social chit chat, interviewer seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Didn't end up getting the role because they spent too much time talking about themself rather than interviewing.

Question 1
If a customer needed something specific and we didn't stock it, where would you recommend they go?

Interview
I applied through the Cotton On Careers website where I could apply for multiple jobs across their stores (Cotton On, Typo, Factorie). I was invited to an interview about a week later and I got to elect the time. We sat in the shopping centre and chatted for 15 minutes. It was very casual, conversational, and light-hearted. Nothing to be nervous about! **I am awaiting outcome at time of posting this review**.
