Series of Zoom interviews. Interviews with President, COO, Chief Analytics Officer, Business Development Officer, Client Service Manager, and HR. Overall, interviews were very normal and everyone was friendly. Not a quick process.

A usual interview where they asked basic questions about my background and experience. Asked me about my salary expectations and what I could contribute to help grow the company . Scheduled another phone call.

This was the most boring interview I believe I’ve ever done. I tried to lighten the mood, crickets.
I get that everyone is burned out from the pandemic, but if you don’t love your job, get out of the way for someone who will.
