The HR was very unprofessional and incompetent. She contacted me through WhatsApp to invite me to an online interview. On the day of the interview, she cancelled at the very last minute, saying the panels had an urgent meeting (no idea if that's true). She asked for my availability to reschedule, to which I have provided, but after that, she ghosted me, even after I sent a follow-up. I would understand if the vacancy was no longer available if you communicated with me. But the lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional. To Fairview, please train your staff.
