Interview
Simple and straightforward surrounding the intentions of being part of the team. Was performed in a quiet hall on a one-on-one basis, beginning with review of documents and expression of interest. It was followed by general knowledge questions surrounding care and eventually any experience that one might consider relevant to the position.
