I was introduced through a "soft introduction" by email. I was asked for an interview and it was promptly scheduled. After my initial interview with the hiring VP, I interviewed with the CEO, then again with the hiring VP, and then a couple weeks later with the new CEO. The previous CEO became the VP of Growth and was still extremely engaged in the organization. The new CEO is incredibly engaging and has a great vision for the organization. My skills may fit with the organization as it evolves, but just wasn't a good fit currently. Seems like not only a great place to work, but also a secure work environment as they are continuing to grow.
