Interview
They're very interested in how well new employees will fit into the company's culture. The interview process includes a formal interview with two of the three principals, then they'll send you off to have coffee at the local Peet's with a couple of the other employees.

Referred by a mutual colleague. Set up the interview in less than week. Completed a formal interview with all three principals. They were very kind, honest and straight forward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were very kind, honest and straight forward, asking questions about what I was looking for in a job, what my career goals were etc. In the end, we agreed that the position they had available was not ideal for my career goals, but they asked if they could introduce to a colleague they thought I would be a good fit with. I interviewed there, and got the job!

I called the office to follow up on my initial email and city confirmation that my materials has been received. A few days later (a week?) I received a "get to know you" phone call and request to schedule an interview. I met with all the principals to show my work and discuss their work.
