Easy. They set up a phone call immediately. They are really looking for the STAR method. Especially the results. When you prepare for the interview make sure you have the STAR method in mind when answering your questions. Since it is so customer service based you should talk about what the outcome of your relationship with that customer was or how the problem was fixed.

Was quite a few interviews for a rather entry level job but the people seemed nice. Was hard to answer how I would study for something I had no materials for yet.

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
