I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Denver, CO) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very straight forward interview. Started of with a phone interview with a recruiting agent. Asked general questions about experience, resume, education. Was then called back for an in-person interview which was more specific around the position and duties I would be doing. Overall was a great process with everyone being friendly and helpful
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Smithfield, RI)
Interview
1 recruiter screen and then a 30 minute 2 on 1 with senior managers. The recruiter screen is super basic but the 2 on 1 they pick apart your resume alot and ask job specific questions to gauge knowledge.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Started the first round with a phone screen. I mentioned that since my spring quarter overlaps with the start date, there would be a slight conflict. Theny ended the call on the spot.

The process was very smooth and easy. Got a HR interview (asked about yourself and gave a behaviorial) and Final interview which was about 45 minutes. It was all. behavioriual questions so don't stress too much.
