The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Jan 2010
Interview
Professional Recruiter from Fidelity contacted me about a position. Very professional phone screen, reviewed my resume with the Hiring Manager and flew me to Boston for 2 days of interviews. All were on time and very professional. All understood the position, all had read my resume, all had relevant questions. Great feedback from the recruiter after the interview. Hiring manager sent warm response to Thank you. Then communications stalled for 3 weeks with weekly emails saying we want to come back . . . we are interested . . .we want you to meet the bosses boss. Then sporadic communication from the recruiter saying that they were very busy but when could I meet over the next 4 weeks. Finally we arranged a call and the recruiter said they were going with an internal candidate.
