Met at Career fair and talked with recruiters and was then invited to an on campus interview which then led to an on site interview. They were incredibly thoughtful and reimbursed me for gas and paid for the hotel room and a $50 card to use at the hotel for dinner.

Most questions were typical behavioral question with one pertaining to my course load that could be relevant for the department.

1 recruiter screen and then a 30 minute 2 on 1 with senior managers. The recruiter screen is super basic but the 2 on 1 they pick apart your resume alot and ask job specific questions to gauge knowledge.

Started the first round with a phone screen. I mentioned that since my spring quarter overlaps with the start date, there would be a slight conflict. Theny ended the call on the spot.

Interview
The process was very smooth and easy. Got a HR interview (asked about yourself and gave a behaviorial) and Final interview which was about 45 minutes. It was all. behavioriual questions so don't stress too much.
