I was contacted 4 days after my application by a Talent agent. They set up a 45 minute interview over the phone. 90% of the questions were behavioral analysis questions. After that interview they scheduled a second zoom interview with two hiring managers. The second interview was more of a "get to know you" conversation. There were really only 4 or 5 questions during the 45 minutes. I received an offer 2 days post interview. The initial process up to the offer letter took about 2 weeks.

"Tell Me about a time when" questions; Resume questions looking for an empathetic voice and tone Preliminary interview to get to the follow up interview resulted in a did not pass for lack of an empathetic voice and tone necessary for the job. Would recommend trying to "smile" on the phone during the interview .
