I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Hiring was competitive but interview was more of a conversation. Not too difficult. A lot of people apply and you have to emphasize your skills and explicitly state why you would be good at Fidelity. The interview and hiring process was very quick overall, I interviewed and got a call the next day. Then they did a background check and a urine drug test and I signed my contract within two weeks.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Smithfield, RI)
Interview
1 recruiter screen and then a 30 minute 2 on 1 with senior managers. The recruiter screen is super basic but the 2 on 1 they pick apart your resume alot and ask job specific questions to gauge knowledge.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
Started the first round with a phone screen. I mentioned that since my spring quarter overlaps with the start date, there would be a slight conflict. Theny ended the call on the spot.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
The process was very smooth and easy. Got a HR interview (asked about yourself and gave a behaviorial) and Final interview which was about 45 minutes. It was all. behavioriual questions so don't stress too much.
