On-site interview with hiring manager and manager of the division I applied for. During the interview I was asked a variety of questions on my education, previous experience, my interest in finance, and hypotheticals about how I would handle difficult work situations. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the different divisions.

First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.
