I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Relatively straight forward interview process with easy scheduling process. They WorkDay quite extensively, which the interviewee must use to pull down the Zoom details. Most interviews were via video which was convenient.
The 1st interview was a self-recorded interview where you're replying to fixed questions. The 2nd interview was a panel interview with multiple interviewers. The 3rd interview was an offer from 1 of the original interviewers.
I had a screening call with a talent acquisition officer. My interactions with the individual was unpleasant and unprofessional. The individual missed multiple calls we had scheduled and eventually ghosted me.
Hr screening, then interview with branch. Not a whole lot to report as questions were fairly standard relating to planning experience and client relationship management abilities. Did not get position as even though I was told I interviewed well they had many qualified internal candidates.
