Interview
2-part interview process. First interview took around 15 mins. and it was more to get to know me than any serious interview questions. They contacted me for a second interview and this one took almost an hour. A bulk of it was to explain how the company ran and the kind of "training" I would get. They also asked me questions about my work style but not about any of my skills.
I got an offer within the same day of the second interview, but after doing some digging, I found out that this position is actually a sales position. Very deceptive and fishy. When I asked simple questions, like "where is your company located," they couldn't give me a straight answer.

Interview
After applying, I received an email for scheduling an appointment. There were two Zoom interviews; the first was a 15 minute screening process, and the second was a 45 minute - 1 hour long interview about my career goals, professional experience, and what the job was. The position was not as advertised, and was actually for a different position. After further research on the company, I found many negative reviews from previous employees on the company being a multi-level marketing company. I decided to decline the offer.
