Recevied the interview call through know sources, then attended the interview with Quality Manager, Operation and then HR Manager. There were question asked related to the techincal background on mechanical engineering. There was no such activity as tool test.

Interview
I had an interview with filtrex, it was quite nice, In the call letter its mentioned that i have to send a power point presentation of my self. In the interview i need to present that in frond of the interviewers. After that i had a discussion with their manager, and they informed me that they will conduct a second interview, but they didn't. There were suppose to be 4 round of interviews, first and send is face to face and 3 and 4 is telephonic from US. This was their procedure.
I felt the interview is like a discussion, the environment is also good, so that with out any nerves we can perform well.
