Submitted resume via university recruiter. Got a call for phone interview. Had a 30 minute phone interview with a development manager. Basic programming and database questions. Was immediately requested to come for a face to face interview.
Had four rounds of 1:1 interviews.
First round has two interviewers and the rest where one interview.
