Had preliminary HR interview and HR was really excited and ready to move forward. There was a three week lag/delay before I was scheduled for two 30 min interviews that went well. Another week went by, and then another interview was scheduled. I was told this is just a formality and they are ready to proceed. However, it’s been two weeks with no follow up. HR was contacted but will not return in emails to provide an update. Poor communication from nThrive HR from candidate perspective. They clearly don’t set expectations properly on interview process or care about candidates. If you are interviewing and need a job, they take their time in communicating with you but expect you to rearrange your schedule to meet their interview schedule. HR will not even answer emails on what status is.
