The process includes a screening with the recruiter and two rounds of technical interviews. They will mainly inquire about your experience, project details, and scenario-based questions. But in the end, they'll never provide feedback about the interview.

Question 1
project-related questions and scenario based questions
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FinThrive (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2022
Interview
The first round was the cv screening, then I got the call to attend the interview (in person), the second round was the aptitude test, which had some maths, logical reasoning, and some basic questions on SQL. The questions were slightly tricky. The third round was face to face interview, only one person took my interview, and the interviewer asked me a lot of questions, they were from- SQL, OOPS, logical reasoning & Data structures. There was supposed to be another round (Manager briefing about the role and BOND) but I was rejected after the face on face interview.
In my opinion, the offer was poor & I was not fond of the bond they were offering (2-year bond for 4-4.5 lpa)
ps-i was interviewed at nTHRIVE gurugram

Interview
The process was quick and interviews were respectful and chill. The environment itself was calming.
Overall, there was no pressure and hence, no need to be nervous at all. As long as you have the knowledge, it's a walk through a park.
