Finalto interview questions

Multiple intervews rounds with technical people and management. It was focused on how to build a technical solution from an architectural point of view. Further on also evolved around bus technology such as activemq and solace

The interview was in person at their London office with the Head of Client Services (Europe) and the Global Head of Client Service. The interview went very well, we had a good discussion around client services and my experience, and everyone was enjoying the process. Once the managers left I continued the interview with a HR representative (male) who asked me some uncomfortable questions, questions that he, no doubt, would ask a male candidate, hinting to the fact that I might be “unavailable” or “away” from my job due to one reason or another.
