Very short and straight forward, Has to be empathetic not sympathetic. Don't need prior experince but customer service might be an advantage here. No pressure during the interview process and friendly.

Quick 30 minute interview with the manager of the branch. Very calm and quiet workplace. They also guide me on what I am supposed to do , what I am going to learn in first few days.
