Had two interviews with the FT out of a recruitment process of 3. The recruiters were excellent and timely with communication and both interviews were fairly casual. Rejected due to fit and asked to keep details on file for other roles which may suit me more. Would apply again, the team seemed very inclusive, innovative and forwards thinking and like a great place to work.

Can you name a time you had pushback in your career so far and how did you handle it?
Very professional, good questions, feedback provided. Mostly talking about specific projects, processes etc. (no generic questions like "what is your greatest weakness"). They were interested to hear about day-to-day challenges and how I deal with them.
