Interview
I had a telephone interview and then a task to complete. This was followed by a face-to-face interview, which included another written task, a personality test and a logic test. I was interviewed by a senior manager and a team member. The interview was relaxed and did not feel scary or formal though it lasted a reasonable period of time (maybe 45 minutes?) I got a good feeling about the company from the interview. I wasn't sure what the point of the logic test was but enjoyed completing the other tasks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The usual things - why did you apply for the job etc. Some questions on how you manage stress. One question I really liked was 'Is there anything we haven't asked you that you wish we had?' - very nice! Can't remember how I answered though.

Interview
A preliminary phone conversation followed by an onsite interview which entailed a basic literacy (alphabetical sorting) and numeracy test (can you add and subtract + VAT calculation), small personal essay (what do you enjoy) and personality test. This was followed by a standard q&a session.
