I applied online. I interviewed at Find Others (London, England) in Jun 2021

Interview

Two telephone interviews with each founder followed by a 2 hour zoom with a presentation request. They told me they enjoyed the conversation and that they would get back to me - basically ghosted me.

They did ask me a few political questions about which politicians i admire which surprised me. They do not want anyone who is Tory to work there.
