Der Ablauf war komplex und mehrstufig, Es mussten Probeaufgaben gelöst werden, die einige Zeit in Anspruch genommen haben und anschließend in einem Gruppen Zoom-Call ausgewertet wurden. Ein Arbeitsvertrag wurde mündlich zugesagt. Ein Tag vor Unterzeichnung wurde mir kurzfristig abgesagt.

The interview process started out positively with fast response times and friendly contacts. After two successful interviews that went well I was told to wait, and wait and wait. Finally after 3 weeks delay I got accepted over the phone and I was sent a start date and an empty contract to check. The date for the signing of said contract was also planned. A day before the signing of the contract I was told that they would retract my acceptance. They are playing with the livelihood of students.
