Felt like they didn't have a plan going into the process. CEO asked me questions about my past roles as if it was the exact same as the one they were hiring for. When my answers didn't align, he just kept asking more questions that weren't really relevant.
There was no outline for the process, they just kep wanting to set up more time to talk. Eventually went in for a interview at the office (if you can call it that). They had me prospect and write emails with them sitting over my shoulder. And the CEO just kept asking the same questions that he had in previous stages.
To top it off- they ghosted me after 3 interviews and reposted the job.
