I have interviewed for a senior software engineer role at Finshape. The interview process consisted of three rounds.
The first round was with the direct leader of the team I would have joined. The second round was with the engineering team. Both of them were more technical and less managerial. It was a great experience. They were very friendly. I have actually learned from these interviews, so, while I didn't get the job in the end, these two interviews made it worth. I got really positive feedback from the team, and it seemed that I would have been a good fit.
The third interview was with a completely different team from a different site, just to make sure that the chemistry would work with other teams as well. I actually failed this interview round and didn't really get feedback.
