Intially a phone call with basic Technical question to select you for a face to face interview. After clearing the telephonic interview I was called to meet them face to face on a working day. I was not informed that this is a full day event and all the rounds will be done on the same day (as long as you keep clearing each round). The 1st F2F was with 2 team members who asked detail questions and scenarios, mostly technical. 2nd round is Manager round wherein the team Managers relates to you with other team members and tries to find if you fir, mostly on keenness and professional temperament parameters. He also tries to check the expected salary vs worth. last and final round is with HR who tries to negotiate with your pay and joining dates. Each interview is done with 30 mins to 1 hr break. Normally a good offer is made not very less than expected, but very attractive. Offer letter took 1-2 days to be released.
