First Look Media interview questions

I went through two interviews. The first was a screening and the second was a panel. I was told that I would hear within 1-2 weeks. It is over 3 weeks and they never got back to me. Simple courtesy would at least require saying that they are not proceeding any further. I had to write this review after reading on LinkedIn that employers are getting ghosted. No wonder. The employers have set the tone by ghosting candidates. Candidates respond accordingly.

Went through sever rounds by phone and in person. First in-person was good. By the second, the questions were redundant and they had probably already decided to hire someone else.
