      Sales Enablement Manager Interview

      13 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at First Table in May 2026

      Interview

A tad awkward. It was a one-way video interview, which completely strips out the human dynamic. That means: - You can't bounce off an interviewer in real-time. - You can't get a feel for chemistry. - You can't ask questions in real-time about the role. (To see if it's even right for you). - If a question is phrased in a clumsy way that you can't ask for clarity and therefore have to muddle through it. - Your interviewer is assessing a video of you behind closed doors, rather than having a personable interaction.
