I had a screening call with the hiring manager followed by a panel interview. They sent questions before each interview to enable candidates to prepare. I was contacted for the screening call 6 weeks after applying online, and the process was 3 months from application to rejection. Everyone I spoke with seemed smart, motivated, and genuinely interested in assessing my fit with the team and position.

Interview
The interview process include: phone screening, skill survey - sometimes, hiring manager interview, team interview. During the team interview you'll get to meet several people you'll be working with directly in the team you'll be and you'll also get folks from the other teams and the management team.

Interview
Within of a few days of applying I was scheduled for a phone interview, after that I was sent an at-home database exercise, and about a week later I was asked to come in for an in person interview. The process then dragged on for a bit but was very smooth and professional throughout.
