I had an interview 3 times, and each interview was at least 1.5 long, plus I had to respond to 14 questions for my plan of action. My 1st interview was with the owner and club manager. My 2nd interview was with a sales recruiter, and my 3rd interview was with a sales recruiter & the owner.
