Flex Rental Solutions Analyst interview questions

1st call with recruiter Take home assessment: had 90 minutes to complete a google sheets document. Weren't supposed to reference any outside materials (which is stupid). Involved growth forecasting. 3 sheets to fill out. I received a no reply auto reject email a few days later. Insulting and horrible to make us do a take home and then not provide any feedback and literally use a robot reject email with not even an option to apply. Huge red flag.
