I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flipkart (New Delhi) in Dec 2014
Interview
Had a aptitude test for selecting candidates , with quantitative questions similar to a GMAT test for a Group Discussion Round. Only 20% candidates got past aptitude test, of which around 30% qualified Group Discussion , which was based on topics like expansion of e-commerce into Tier-2 , Tier-3 cities , future of e-commerce , arenas into which e-commerce should and would foray.
Only I was selected for answering the puzzles and Guess estimates , no other candidate out of 50 - 60 at the last two rounds answered any of the two, it was the reason for my final selection also I think because my marks were low in college and I had held no Positions of Responsibilities at college too.

Question 1
Had a round in which Guess estimates and puzzles were asked, was asked to guess the revenue from cigarettes in India and for the puzzle was asked to solve a probability question which was that if provided with two blank dices, paint them in such a way(biased or unbiased) that if i roll them together I have an equal probability of getting the sum on the upper two faces of dices equal from 1 to 12.There was no HR round for me, but was held for other candidates, though the guy asking puzzles asked about why i wanted to go for this industry, suggestions for Flipkart.
On-campus placement. Multiple qualification rounds. General HR questions. Guesstimate questions, questions about continuous probability. Focus on approach over arriving at the right answer. Questions about leadership roles. The interviewers were pleasant and laid back.
