Straight forward. Online application, two telephone interviews, was told there was a background check, more online paperwork, reading materials and testing. The testing was not arduous but comprehensive.

Interview
An application was submitted and then followed by an interview process online and by telephone. I the provided proof of my credentials and took an online skills exam. My credentials were then verified and I was given a chance to review how the website works and how to organize my availability online.
