Se agenda cita vía telefónica para que avisas a las instalaciones, generalmente la entrevista es por la tarde y el mismo día que se te llama, acudes a planta a qué te entrevisten con tu cv impreso, se revisa tu perfil y habilidades, te dan un pequeño recorrido por planta por lo que es mejor llevar zapato de seguridad, la primera parte de la entrevista es con quién será tu jefe directo y la segunda parte con la gerente de RH y finalmente te retiras y se te llama si fuiste el seleccionado
