Had applied through Linkedin, the recruiter reached out & scheduled rounds Round #1: React based questions & 1 Problem solving Round #2: With the Co-Founder asked technical questions The interviews were standard but the problem was the process, after round 2 recuriter said he will get back which he didn't after following up after a week he said "You are not shortlisted". On asking feedbacks he later said its "On-hold" and he will get back. My review is if you are already in process with them don't spend time on getting follow ups from them if don't hear back
