My experience with FOLX’s interview process was disappointing and unprofessional. The recruiter canceled twice on the same day as our scheduled interviews, then took about a week to follow up with a new time. When the interview finally happened, it was clear they were distracted — they were talking to someone else during our conversation.
When I later met with the hiring manager, she seemed disengaged and uninterested, as if my presence was an inconvenience. I was also asked to complete a writing sample, which I submitted promptly, but I never received any acknowledgment or follow-up afterward.
It’s mind-boggling to see this level of disorganization and lack of courtesy from a company that promotes care and inclusivity. A simple update or thank-you would have gone a long way.
Cumbersome and not streamlined at all with little to no communication on the process and next steps. There were too many high level answers and not enough specifics about what the role would entail. It was very frustrating.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Folx Health
Interview
Had a few interviews with team that felt very promising, was told there would be a take-home test sent to me, but was informed HR representative would be gone the full week so I would not hear back anytime soon.
Next week comes, I reach out to HR representative for next steps/feedback. Quickly after, I am sent a rejection letter from no-reply email with no context. I reach out again to representative for feedback on where my interviews possibly fell through only to be ghosted.
Incredibly unprofessional and felt strung-along.
