Supervisors go through extensive interview process, in person interview and a psychological personality assessment that measures emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Once hired, company hires a professional psychologist to discuss test results and coach leadership roles how they can use their identified strengths to better themselves moving forward.

Mostly behavioral questions, situational questions and technical questions. Multiple step interview process: on-site with operations management then with executive level management.

Interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. The next morning I was asked to complete about 4-5 different types of questions, in all about 300-350. The interview was conducted by the Laboratory Manager, in a very small office.

It was interesting as they asked a bunch of scenario questions and you were expected to reply the questions with a certain criteria. They would also give lots of info about what the job entails and what is expected.
