Mostly just phone screens of different levels of quality. Nothing super formal. Talked with the CTO and one of the executives. Nothing above trivial. VERY small company at the time, but decent product. Took the offer but ended up separating due to lack of formal job description of any kind whatsoever. They advertised it as a Rails Dev role, but then wanted me to lead a team of devs in Poland that refused to interact with me in any helpful way.
