Rounds of interviews, rescheduled calls to accommodate their team across time zones, and then nearly a month of silence. No rejection, no update — nothing until I followed up multiple times.
A “no” is fine. Ignoring candidates for a month is not.
Candidate experience is a signal. If this is how they treat people during hiring, it says a lot about how they operate.

Pretty straightforward, asked for examples. Seemed to have shifting priorities over time and/or lots of internal movement based on the scheduling process and the different areas of focus. Overall though most of the interviews were similar and standard
