I was part of a HUGE group interview when my location first opened. I came a little over dressed and i was super nervous as this was my first ever group interview. I talked a lot with people in line and discovered they were less prepared than i was so i had a boost of confidence. During the actual interview process they asked us each questions like "why do you want to work in retail" "what kind of future goals do you have" and a bunch of scenario style questions. Make sure to submit a Resume AND application in person...the online apps rarely get looked at.

Very comfortable and informative. My interview was on time and I was prepared to answer all question which were mostly based on personality and vision of customer service.
