Extremely easy, laid-back interview. Easy questions such as "Tell me about yourself". No behavioral questions since it was an open interview. The company needed to hire a certain amount of employees in anticipation of the upcoming holidays.
simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.
